Information we are required to disclose to you

As a registered Tax Agent, our work for you is performed in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. Under this Act, the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 requires that we make the following disclosures to you:

 

1. Matters affecting your engagement

From 1 July 2022 onward, there are no matters that could significantly influence your decision to engage (or continue to engage) us for a Tax Agent Service. None/Applicable]

 

2. Public Register of Tax Agents

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public register of all registered Tax Agents and BAS Agents. You can access this register here: https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register

 

Complaints and dispute resolution

  • If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent services, please contact your Accountant in the first instance by email with full details of your concern.
  • If the matter is not resolved within 3 business days, please escalate your complaint to Brijesh Chopra – Director, via email. Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing, outlining our understanding of the circumstances and confirming that we will attempt to resolve the matter within 14 days. Our dispute resolution process will also be provided.
  • If you remain dissatisfied with our proposed outcome, you may lodge a complaint directly with the TPB using the link above. The TPB will acknowledge receipt of your complaint, review the matter, and risk assess it.
  • If you are unhappy with the TPB’s handling of your complaint, the register link above also includes details about your review rights and who else may be able to assist you.
